![]() ![]() Sure, the base game does give the player a lot of fun and enjoyment, but mods can further enhance that experience. Since this game has a unique-ness about it, being set in the past, I would have thought modders would have modded this game like crazy. ![]() Not that I'm a "cheater", but I was surprised there wasn't even an in-game trainer to say spawn cars, weapons, to teleport, etc. So some mods that I am going to try out include: "Real Car Names" - restoring the real car names of in-game cars, the "Uncut Radio" - which is apparently compatible with Definitive Edition, the "Wheel Pack" - which is a collection of car wheel variants which certain car mods require, as well as some fixes mods, such as "Chapter 14 Script Fix". Whilst older games may have issues with newer operating systems, like Windows 10/11, the "definitive editions" tend to have these fixes. Whilst I understand that "definitive editions" of games aren't always perfect, they do come with somethings appreciated. I've noticed that there aren't many available mods for Mafia II: Definitive Edition and wondered why. ![]()
